April Wen (b. 1995, New York City/Lenapehoking) is an artist and filmmaker. Their work transforms personal experiences of loss and reincarnation into invitations for collective mourning, acts of historical remembrance, and consideration for the “nature” of such rituals in a digital age.

She holds an MFA in Film Directing from Brooklyn College, and a BA in Film and Media Studies from Yale University.
